Castle Green Hotel In Kendal, BW Premier Collection

Excellent room, we had an executive suite and the view was marvellous as was the huge four poster bed. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had, proper cumberland sausages - what can I say!. Staff were also excellent especially Joanne the manager who went above and beyond to make our 4 night stay very enjoyable. We had 2 meals in the hotel pub and again the food was of a very high standard, one meal was a sunday roast which I found absolutely superb. Will definitely stay here again.Next time we will try the spa and pool.

Hands down, my favourite hotel that I've stayed at. The staff are the best, the rooms are clean and welcoming, the breakfasts are superb, the bar has a nice cosy and relaxed vibe and it's a good location if you're planning to hike around the Lakes. I've stayed here 7 times in the last 12 months and i keep going back. I never want to go anywhere else.

Lovely staff. Brilliant breakfast with a view. Room was just right and a decent gym and steam room. I’ll be back.
