Old resort but is convenient for hikes in the area.
Decent menu offerings for lunch and dinner.
Dont expect a 5 star service as thats not what this place is meant to be.

We enjoyed our stay at Skyland! The accommodations were clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom was updated! The National Park is beautiful! The service and food at the Skyland restaurant was outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay- the property is right on Skyline Drive- so convenient! The room was clean and very basic- nothing fancy or upscale about this property- something you would expect from a lodge within the Shenandoah National Park
