We arrived at night so I could not see the condition of the property. The gentleman behind the desk was personable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC unit was QUIET. Breakfast was full of carbohydrates and a few of the machines (OJ. . .) were broken, so they put milk, Sunny Delight (fake OJ), and yogurt in a small cooling fridge below the counter. My son had a separate room and said that it smelled of smoke. It's good for a one-nighter. I wouldn't plan on moving in. Toilet and shower are in a separate room with a working EXHAUST.

Really nice and clean rooms. Large swimming pool, free continental breakfast and easy check-in with friendly staff. All for under $100.00 a night. You couldn’t ask for more. I stay there every time I go from KC to Lexington, KY.
