Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth

Good location, quiet side street. Nearby bus132 takes you quickly into the old town. Good breakfast enjoyed in a calm environment. The hotel was well built with nice fittings, and large rooms, but could do with some maintenance. WiFi worked well. Just be aware that there's no air conditioning and in hot weather that might be an issue. You can open the windows but people smoking off balconies made this less desirable at times. The bed was firm and comfortable although the duvet far too warm for summer season. Staff friendly and helpful. Our duplex room lacked blackout blinds but we were transferred to a better room with curtains. The bathroom cleaning wasn't the best. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice staff, wonderful rooms, quiet, close to buses. The only comment I have is that they need to have a flyer in the room to let the travellers know that the garbage and cleaning of the room is done once/week. We found that after a couple of days, when I requested towels. Overall, it's a very good hotel, and we greatly enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was great but best part was how helpful Alessandra was. She was such a lovely person and so supportive in getting me checked in and letting me know what to see in Munich and to make sure I don’t miss my flight. Truly one of the best staff I’ve met in years anywhere. Overall hotel was great. Clean, quiet, easy to get to, I loved that the park was walking distance. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
