Wingate by Wyndham Lima Downtown

The stay was exceptional

Color me IMPRESSED. I don't expect a whole lot in small towns on account of the fact that the hotels aren't usually used as much unless there's tourist attractions and/or some area of not nearby. This place was awesome. The room was spacious, clean, solid signal on the television (none of the crackly screen crap you get on some of the other places) and a warm smile when I checked in. The woman checking me in was new but did a great job making me feel welcome and gave me all the pertinent information in a timely and cordial manner. It was exactly what I needed after being on the road for the past 12 hours. The best was soft, the sheets were cleaned and the vending affordable and not outrageously priced. Many dining options nearby (I suggest Kewpee!) and most importantly, it was quiet. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Amazing experience! Haven’t had this amazing in a long time! Rachel at the front desk was SO kind and helpful, the civic center had an event and the hotel parking was full. She moved her own car to give us a spot off the street. Will definitely book again next time I visit family.
