Novotel Salvador Rio Vermelho

Loved loved loved this hotel! The rooftop pool is definitely the biggest perk, especially for watching the sunset, and the bartenders (ask for Cristiano!) make amazing drinks. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the restaurant overlooking the ocean. And the car service up and down the hill is a great touch. The neighborhood is amazing and the staff is increíble. 10/10 would recommend!

Great hotel in a lively neighborhood with a lot of things to do. Only con (if you can call it that) is that the hotel only has 1 iron and ironing board in a room on the main floor for EVERYONE in the hotel to come down and share. Not a big issue, just something to keep in mind when booking with this hotel. I’ll be staying here again in the future…. But I’ll be bring my a mini travel sized iron/steamer with me next time 😂😂😂

The room was clean and very well keep. The staff were all very kind and always willing to facilitate you even with a language barrier. The breakfast has a great selection of Brazilian dishes. My only set back was the bar didn’t have much local beers I expected to find but the cocktails were great

Great location, lots of music and restaurants nearby. Very kind and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Wonderful pool.
