The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her.
It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again.

My room was clean over all when I arrived except they didnt put a new trash bag in the bathroom
Still had a beer can from the last occupants. The heat/cool unit was flashing 24/7 red and blue lights. It was distracting to sleep, I put shoes over the vents, to cover the flashing lights.I slept well after that.
I give it a 4.5 of 5 stars. Minor oversight. But like I said overall stay was excellent.
