I love staying at the Courtleigh Hotel! This was my third stay there. It is a wonderful hotel. The property is clean and the rooms are well kept. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The food is delicious. I love the location. It is walking distance from other food options and the Kingston depot of the Knutsford Express, a bus which will take you to other parishes in Jamaica. I will gladly return to the Courtleigh Hotel my next time in Kingston.

This was my fourth stay at the Courtleigh Hotel, but without doubt my most enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable visit since I last stayed here several years ago. The hotel has benefited from an impressive makeover, creating a fresh, modern, and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter the reception area. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and I would like to particularly commend the gentleman on duty during the early morning of 14 July for his warm welcome, attentiveness, and excellent customer service. The food and beverage offering has improved significantly. Breakfast now provides a wider variety of choices, and most of the restaurant staff were generally friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, helping to create a pleasant dining experience throughout my stay. My room (805) was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Having televisions in both the lounge and bedroom was a nice touch, and I especially appreciated the kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare light meals and added an extra level of comfort and convenience. The housekeeping and porter teams deserve special recognition. They were consistently friendly, respectful, and helpful, and are a real credit to the hotel's management and staff culture. One of the hotel's greatest advantages remains its location. Emancipation Park is just a five-minute walk away and provides an excellent setting for leisure, cultural and relaxation. 🇯🇲😃✔️
