Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Castle Rock

Very clean room

Rooms were clean but when the room was refreshed, used towels taken, but no new fresh towels were provided except for hand towels. Had to ask for them.

The hotel was clean and the check-in was quick. The room is updated, with fresh paint, nice wall pictures, and no carpet. The style of room is where it is split with the toilet and bathtub/shower behind a closed door, and sink and mirror off the main room, which is not what I prefer, but it was a thing years back. The beds were very firm, which I didn't prefer, but can't fault. Everything in the room worked, and yes, there were usb charging ports built in. The ac/heat worked well, with wall control. View was of the mountains, and also the State Patrol parking lot. The stay was spur of the moment, and we felt we got exactly what we needed: a nice, clean, safe room to rest our head in between funeral activities. No hassles.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was OK. We were impressed with the speed the staff got the microwave replaced when we told them the old one was not functioning properly.
