The Palms Oceanfront Hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The hotel itself wasn’t anything super fancy, but you really can’t beat the location right on the beach and in the heart of Isle of the Palms, plus it had a pool.

Room was clean. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Beach view was great. Balcony had the ocean view. Parking garage needed some work. Overall very nice stay with staff being an integral part of that. Room prices were a little high. Parking and beach amenities were not included. Bring extra cash.

Room was great. Clean and well maintained. The pool water was very hot and cloudy. The pool is also not oceanfront so the deck area was very hot. Not awful as we came for the beach but it would have been nice to have the option. There were restaurants on either side with bars which made for a variety of evening entertainment options. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast area is very small but options were adequate. Free parking area was very limited and tight under the building but paid spot jn the municipal lot through the hotel worked out very well.

Excellent clean room and friendly helpful staff. Great ocean view!
