I had a short, but excellent stay at Hotel Asahi.
My room was super clean and all the staff were super nice and on top of that I got a room upgradebat no extra cost.
My room had a small built-in kitchenett with a small fridge and coffee making facilities.
The hotel itself is in an excellent location; less than 10 mins walk from both Central train and bus stations and a leisurely 20mins walk from old town.
I would 100% stay there again, if I return to Düsseldorf.
