We booked the hotel while it was in renovation but the staff was super accommodating. Only downside was the broken elevator and being assigned a room on the fourth floor.

Convenient.

Upon checking in, the staff informed us the elevator was broken. Considering one in our group was mobility challenged, this would’ve been good information to get ahead of time.
The room was spacious by European standards and very clean.
Staff was lovely.
And, although we did not have the breakfast, it looked delicious with a lot of variety.
No kettle or coffee maker in the room, although coffee was available in the breakfast area.
