Small Luxury Hotel Altstadt Vienna

What a wonderful place! First, the neighborhood is fantastic, especially if you are tired of the crush of tourists in the Imperial center. Actual Weiner live here, amid loads of restaurants, cafes, and galleries (and places to shop for stuff you actually need). The hotel itself is amazing. I was upgraded to the Library Suite, yes it has a library, and it’s gorgeous. Breakfast had a lot of choices from the buffet and more from the kitchen. It took me a day to figure out how not to get lost (the hotel is a couple very old buildings, beautifully updated but hallways are twisty). This hotel made me love Vienna. I’ll be back!

The most enjoyable hotel I stayed in years. 1. Location, location, location - the heart of the 7th district 2. The staff was not only professional and helpful but also you felt like part pf their family. 3. The breakfast - the best........ fresh, delicious, superb variety and again the staff is amazing. 4. The room - pure pleasure Thank you for making our 4 days vacation in Vienna soooooooooooo good.

We had an excellent stay for 5 of us at Hotel Altstadt Vienna. The suite was spotless and very well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. The staff were outstanding - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the hotel’s location made it easy to walk to the city center and explore. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at a lot of hotels over my six plus decades and the service here is simply the best I've ever received. The staff is helpful, the amenites are superb and the location is impossible to beat.
