Hotel Suisse

We stayed in a room with a kitchen, which was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and very quiet considering the location of the hotel on a busy street. Could not be more convenient to the train station. Would stay again.

Convenient location. If driving by car and unfamiliar with the area parking is paid and a bit difficult to initially locate but reasonably priced and close to the hotel entry.

This hotel was conveniently located across the street from the train station and an easy 10 minute walk to the lake. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed. I was very pleased with how quiet it was with very little noise from the outside traffic or train station.

The room was clean and cozy, if not luxurious. The mattress was firm, but that’s what we like. That area of the city can be a bit noisy at night, so if you like to keep the windows open for the breeze, a set of earplugs might be a good thing to pack. On the other hand, the location was great, just kitty-corner from the train station, plenty of dining opportunities, and an easy 10 minute walk to the waterfront. If you want the downtown Geneva experience without the budget-busting prices of the waterfront hotel, Hotel Suisse is a great choice! The included city transit pass is a great perk. The hotel should send it to you via email a couple of days before arrival. Watch for it.
