Quality Suites Waldorf

I'm disabled and had a handicap accessible room. Everything was excellent. Thank You

The room was clean but maintenance needed to be attended to, one side of the drape rod was broken so it hung down and lot of drape and sheer curtains needed hooks to hold in place, big hole in screen, and broken lamp. The biggest disappointment was when we entered building to check in and highly smelled of pot and this a non smoking property. The staff was friendly and room attendant was extremely helpful. Everything that you would need is all around this property. They just need more attention to detail here.

Outstanding customer service personnel. Very empathetic and courteous. We understand the renovation process and hope that this hotel will soon impress their customers again.
