I was at the property due to unexpected circumstances and the staff were more than helpful to my situation.
The hotel and room were excellent and a great location for the city.

Overall very good experience. Room was small as I they are throughout Europe, but well appointed. Lobby bar was hit or miss. Location was beyond perfect- just close enough to everything in Logroño. Parking was awful but we knew this would be true. Only big issue was climate control- with the window open (it was in the 50’s to low 60’s F) and the air conditioning on, I don’t think the room ever got below 80-ish.
