Our first all-inclusive and it was wonderful. Multiple restaurants and two food halls. Relaxing, part of a walkable neighborhood of shops and restaurants off sight and they had their own beach areas. Staff was so kind and rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great, nice sitting areas outside that were covered and not. Pools great-one with swim-up bar.
You'll have to get used to the sereques running around.
Our only complaint is we wish it was closer to the airport. Pay the extra $ to get a private car or Uber. Advise you do not take the shuttle that stops at multiple hotels-took us 2 hrs to get to our hotel because of all the traffic and stops - it wasn't the distance.
We'd stay here again.

The property was clean & well kept . Staff was friendly & helpful ! This stay was nonthing short of amazing . Food was excellent
