Mercure Eur Roma West

Reasonable for the price. However, no refund policy, difficulty calling and communication. Older reception lady was helpful with information. Inconvenience of being far from Roman sites. Taking the metro was not that bad. Getting around by Taxi or Uber can cost a lot. Paying for bathroom everywhere is a hassle.

Huge thanks to the staff for accommodating my late arriving flight from Nice, past the shuttle bus departure time from the airport to the hotel. They were kind enough to send another team member out to get me outside of the scheduled time! And it's a FREE service. Most other hotels charge 50-plus euros for the transfer. The room was excellent as well, with fine marble appointments in the bathroom, and, clean as a whistle. I didn't have time to experience amenities (fitness area?), maybe next time! Radici restaurant was also very good. Again, thank you for making my last day & night in Rome very comfortable and hassle free.

Room service over priced, 21 Euro for half a club sandwich with a potato chip bag opened on the side as French fries

Very good hotel, with very good breakfast
