Holiday Inn Express Walla Walla by IHG

Service was great, room was easily accessible, we had a king bed and it was amazing. Showers are really spacious and the TV actually works unlike best western. Check out before 12pm is always a plus, will stay again. The pool area is open till midnight which is great because the event I came for ended at 10 pm and the other hotel I stayed at last month only had their pool open till 10pm. They had a mini snack gift shop in the hotel which was great when coming back late

Excellent on all counts for a one night stay, two older gals traveling from Montana to Walla Walla to pick up a horse trailer. Great complimentary breakfast. Only one tiny problem for me, and that was the one-cup-at-a time coffee dispenser. Not like a Keurig-type. Two units, one of which trickled slow, as if it was nearly out of water. The other dispenser said 'needs to be rinsed', but coffee stream was as expected. Front desk person did come check the 'rinse' issue when I mentioned it, but the problematic dispenser with slow trickle is all the next guest got, same as me. Other than this very minor thing, the hotel was very nice, and I'll stick with 5 Stars overall!

Our room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and it was super convenient for getting around Walla Walla.

Good location friendly staff.
