The Plaza Hotel Downtown, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Room was clean and building in good condition. Have to pay $8 for parking and the breakfast was ok. Most of the food and coffee/tea were warm, not hot. New hot coffee was brought out when requested.

Hotel in a good location convenient for local shops and restaurants, with adequate parking adjacent to the hotel. Inclusive breakfast could be improved with a greater selection, e.g. yoghurts, bakery items, and fruit, etc.

Nice historical building but also the problem is the not very up to date.

The only thing I can sort of complain about it that the pool and hot tub are apparently over at the YMCA not on property as the listing implies. That is offset by the fact it is cool historic hotel in the heart of downtown Kamloops. Lots of good eating options within walking distance and both a restaurant and bar in the actual property. Parking either onsite until it gets used up or free street parking all around or paid parking next door.
