Dated but clean. Friendly and efficient staff.

You have great staff, keep them happy always! The hotel need some upgrades but the facilities are clean. Very good location too, away from the hassle and bustle of core but have great restaurants within walking distance. With the bus stop a few steps away, you can easily reach the core and other tourist spots.

Location is good. Further than the other hotels in banff but they provided with a bus pass. Didn't use the bus pass as this is still walking distance from the center and also there is a lot of restaurants near by.
