Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clermont Se West Orlando by IHG

Our room was fine, however, the doorknob for the bathroom was loose, the bathtub had a dark ring around the bottom and the ac didn't keep the room cool. We had to set it at 66. The beds were too firm for us and the blanket had a stain on it. The pool light was floating in the pool and there were no pool towels available outside. Other than that, it was fine. Don't think we will be staying at this location again though. First time we have not had an overall great stay at this hotel chain.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and a reasonable nightly price. The resort is a nice bonus but beware of timeshare schemers. We were immediately off-put by the parking pass guy at the hotel trying to lure us into one via a “golf cart tour” that gives you a $200 gift card at the end. Avoid at all costs. Would’ve been nice to not be heckled as soon as we arrived.

Welcomed in when we arrived, and accessible amenities. So glad that we were able to check in early after a long flight

The room was very clean and well maintained. The amenities that went along with this hotel were excellent. You could actually book the hotel for a week and never leave the property and still have a fun filled Florida vacation. The pool/ waterpark was awesome. Putt putt golf and Movie Theater were all great as well. They had several activities planned on property daily that were either included in the price of the room or offered at a very reasonable price. Things such as hat painting, family trivia games, casino bingo night, etc. it really was an awesome place to stay.
