Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Slidell by IHG

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and smelled good. They had Dove products, which my friend was so happy about. Would stay here again.

Clean place. Convenient location. Good rates. I would recommend.

First impressions are everything. The property needs some serious landscape work. Weeds climbing up to the second story windows, grass in the flower beds, and all sorts of weeds growing in the bushes. A tall wooden fence next to the property would be an asset to block out the vacant lot with dump trucks parked there. Desk clerk insisted on running my credit card even though I had pre-paid. Then on check out, he said I didn’t owe anything. I asked for a receipt and he said he couldn’t print one, nor did he offer to email one. He finally agreed to let me see screen showing the credit card charge to be voided.

This property was really nice. That staff were helpful and super sweet. Quiet, I didnt hear anything going on. My room was upgraded to a suite which was nice. Room was very spacious with a comfy bed. Would definitely stay again. Convenient to everything as it is right off of the interstate. Will book again.
