I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, the comfortable bedroom and clean hallways. I would recommend!

The property is semi clean. Most of the guests are residents or extended stay. The room I was given was updated, although the bathroom still needs remodeling. Overall I stayed here for 10 days to wait for a new tractor in IL. I did not like that the owner did not let me extend through expedia and forced me to pay directly with them and charged more.
Even with the renovated rooms the motel still needs tremendous work and the area is bad and not very convenient. The ubers are very expensive due to how far they are from decent restaurants and businesses in IL. Overall I wouldnt come back but at lease there weren't major safety of rodent issues.
