Great location and the staff was wonderful. It can be a little loud at night being that close to a main road and the station. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed including a tower fan since it got really hot at times. But the room was a little bit small, you can only just move around the bed.

Great location near Kings Cross/ St. Pancras and yet on a fairly quiet side street. Our room was small but great (typical of big cities) with a double bed and two singles. No A/C like pretty much everywhere else but when we closed the windows and shades before exiting in the morning, room was bearable despite summer heat. It helped that there were two large fans in the room!
The staff was really great. Each staff member was friendly and inquired about our day and our stay on a regular basis. We felt very welcome and would return the next time we’re in London!
