Property was clean, good value, Colin (the owner) was very good company and the bedroom window could be opened (I like fresh air!). The breakfast was excellent and well worth the cost. The property is close to the beach and all that goes with it. I'll stay again.

Very welcoming and friendly. The room had all I needed and the bed was super comfy. I resisted the temptation to order an amazing looking breakfast

I arrived on Monday the 10/09/18 and was greeted by Colin the owner. He showed me to my room which was immaculate. I had a fantastic time in Aberdeen and I will definitely be returning. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
