This is a great boutique hotel. Beds were comfy, room was well maintained. Staff was helpful and the restaurant was fantastic. Well situated to the paddington station. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Fabulous hotel, well appointed rooms, very quiet and excellent air-conditioning that was so welcome during the heatwave we were having during our stay. Very comfortable beds too. Only downside was we had 2 rooms and one was in a basement with no windows.. it was fine for our 1 night stay but it would have been nice to have been told at check-in we would have no natural light.
Would definitely stay again.. but would check our room had windows!

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was not great - just OK.

Great location! So close to Paddington tube! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and pubs close, as well as an amazing bakery right around the corner (do not remember the name).
