Victor's Residenz - Hotel Schloss Berg

It was our second visit to the hotel, we first stayed here in July 2024 and again in August 2025. On both occasions, it was the last hotel we stayed in before travelling back to the UK and we thought it would be nice to end our European road trip in the same place. There's ample parking and despite there being a Casino on site you don't notice any rowdy behaviour etc. It's a respectable place and well located spot for wine aficionados. The hotel Spa facilities are great, really clean and well maintained. Highly recommend you take swimwear with you even if you are stopping for just one night. We dined at the hotel and the food at both dinner and breakfast are fresh and of high quality. The only minor issue I noticed was the slightly worn out edge of our bathroom door in our hotel room - this is probably due to water damage on wood but I put this down to basic maintenance. Other than that, definitely suggest this place as a quiet sanctuary before heading back to reality!

Staff and check in were great with Jacob who welcomed us even though it was super late. Thank you!

Amazing experience. Highly recommended this place. Wonderful staff, extremely friendly and they all make you feel very welcome. Beautiful hotel, great food, and best staff! This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I’ll always come back.

Wonderful luxurious hotel with excellent service. I can really recommend facials and other treatments in the spa and the breakfast is wonderful. Also perfect location for a walk in nature or the vineyards.
