Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh North - Wake Forest by IHG

I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances. As usual, a pleasure.

Everything about the room was great. We didn't take time for breakfast though but I would assume it was good too!

The refrigerator froze everything. This room needed some serious work. Big stain on rug and the bathroom was in shabby condition for the money we had to pay. Most Holiday Inns are immaculate. This one was not

Really good place in Wake Forest. Limited parking, but it seemed like enough. The other half of the parking lot belongs to a business across from the hotel and they charge for parking. Room was good. Breakfast was the usual fare and good. Slow single elevator, and stairs are on the ends of the building. Staff was very nice. I would go here again the next time I’m in WF.
