We got in late on check in day. The front desk person, Donald, was wonderful. The elevator was out of order and we needed a room on the first floor due to my daughter's wheelchair. He found us a room, was polite, helpful and very positive. He didn't hesitate when we needed something.

At this time when I was there the hotel had a water leak that went into the carpet on the first floor, so I wasn’t lower floor and then they transferred me upstairs but then I asked to be transferred back downstairs because the elevators were broken but other than that, it was great
