Staff are friendly and helpful. When our checked room has an AC issue and called the front desk staff, he promptly came to our room to check the AC and changed our room. Really appreciate the staff’s prompt action and professionalism. Like the included breakfast very much for its healthy and rich selections. Excellent location to everywhere with trams stop right in front of the hotel. Definitely will recommend the hotel to friends.

Great hotel. Perfectly located close to both the ubahn and the trams. Even got a nice Rewe shop next to the hoyel entrance.
Like any other hotels the tv should be provided with some sort of streaming og screen share options tho.
