I love the facility as it was very clean. The beach is very easy to get to and very close to resort. The beach was clean and NOT overly crowded. The staff was friendly. One concern was getting toilet paper. We keep running out and had to physically go to get it from the front desk. You would only get one roll at the time. Unfortunately, there wasn't a store nearby to buy our own toilet paper. We flew in and didn't have a car to go to a store. There is limited housekeeping staff so twice we had to request clean towels and garbage removal, which was stated that it would happen daily.

Front desk was very responsive when we needed extra blankets or toilet paper, they also fixed a slow draining bathtub very quickly. The only issue was the fire alarms at midnight and 1:30am

Ocean reef resort is a fun, chill and family friendly resort . All staff are polite and friendly. Especially Miss Maggie in the Cafe du port and miss Lisa at the banana boat bar and grill. Ocean reef is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean as well as all the other fun things in the area . I liked that it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Will definitely be back
