The staff was excellent, the property was in a great location. Not sure anything could be better

Marcella and the whole team at the hotel were sensational from start to finish. First time I felt truly welcomed in a hotel over the last 5 years. Breakfast, pool, bar, reception, even the cleaning crew… everyone had a smile and a positive attitude.

Many call themselves luxury hotels but this one truly is. The staff anticipate your needs and have small luxurious details that make your stay feel special. In short, you are treated like royalty. The hotel itself feels like a royals Mediterranean villa. The roof top bar romantically overlooks Mount Vesuvius and the sea. It has a gorgeous spa and collaborative beach club. This hotel delivered an indulgent experience.

Perfect location to enjoy Sant'Agnello. Rooms are beautiful and the service is excellent. Restaurant on the top floor is 5 star. Our second time staying here and we'll be back!
