What a gem! Room was spacious, comfortable and clean, amazing shower, beautiful balcony with two upscale chairs on which to relax and enjoy the mountains. Entire staff were personal, friendly, helpful, and service oriented. High quality breakfast. Very convenient with easy walk to Zermatt Main Street and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is perfectly situated if you are going skiing, walk to the Glacier gondola and walk everywhere in town. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a spa that is so relaxing and the staff is welcoming and wonderful, I thought they must be the owners! The breakfast is a plentiful buffet and has the most amazing juicers!!!

Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were attentive and helped resolve issues encountered with connecting smart phone to TV for mirroring. The breakfast was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Definitely a great stay
