This is the only place I'll stay in the Palm Coast area.... Just finished my 4 th stay. The property is older and very well kept. The pool, ping pong, pool table, work out room are available to all guests. Bring your bikes and kayaks for fun in nature
Kitchen has the bare necessities to make a meal for 6. Blenders, toaster coffee pot. Small washer and dryers in each condo. I could literally live there....
I plan on returning soon

Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Our 2 bedroom was an updated one and balcony overlooking property that was screened in which was so much appreciated. Lots to do on the property. Pretty clean all around. Would stay again.

It was priced really reasonable for the amenities. Not completely renovated mostly. Had modern appliances. Great pool area. Staff was great.

It was a great stay even if it was one night. The place is beautiful and they are keeping up the rooms and property well maintained. We are planning to come and stay for our wedding next yr. Aviana greeted me with a smile and was very helpful at check in. Looking forward to our next stay.
