Servatur Puerto Azul

Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. The manager who was manning the ice cream parlour was particularly rude and unhelpful and really put a downer on our trip. On the plus side, entertainment staff were great, especially Marc running games before evening entertainment!

Very good hotel with comfortable rooms, decent pools and great food choices on the AI package. There's room for improvement with the animation and entertainment options a bit weak both day and night, as well as clearing tables quicker particularly in the outside area where the pigeons are annoying. Location on the hill may not suit some, but it's only a short taxi ride to/from the town below. We would definitely return as it's a very well run hotel!
