The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we reported a little dust coming down from the wall onto the chair, they gave us another room even though we didn't ask for it. They also have a restaurant on a terrace with a beautiful view and delicious food.

The rooms were air conditioned and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace with vistas of the volcanoes was exceptional. Would stay here again.

I would stay here again. The location is perfect to walk everywhere, the breakfast is really nice with lots of options and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.
