Hotel Vallea Bromont, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff were generally friendly, and the hotel itself met our expectations. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. I arrived at 9:30 a.m., well within the advertised breakfast hours of 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., yet the main hot items—sausages, baked beans, and scrambled eggs—were all empty. We had to wait about 20 minutes before they were replenished, which was frustrating considering breakfast service was supposed to be fully available. I spoke with the front desk, and the receptionist acknowledged the inconvenience and agreed to refund $20 for the paid breakfast. Unfortunately, when I checked out, I noticed the $20 had been charged back, so the promised refund was not honored. Aside from the breakfast issue and the unresolved refund, everything else about our stay was good. I hope the hotel improves its breakfast replenishment and ensures that agreed-upon compensation is properly processed.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Linda at the reception was super great, kind and helpful! The hotel is clean, rooms are great and the property makes you feel like you are in Europe!!
