We loved this resort! The food was amazing and there were so many options for pools, restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend booking the snorkeling tour!

The property is lovely, huge, and well maintained. Try and stay in the newer section, especially over the summer. The AC isn't strong enough to get to a desired temperature. The room felt and smelled humid. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The food selections were great! The alcohol with the exception of the wine was a bit weak. Also, I suggest making dinner reservations even before you arrive if you want to experience the dinner restaurants. They do have nice entertainment on property as well.

Had an amazing stay food was great, bell boys especially Enrique were very sweet and amazing. How even we arrived Tuesday 7/7 and the front desk worker in the am hour was a little rude and needs to be retrained not friendly and didn’t explan anything. Other then that great place

Everything was great with only one exception. The smell of decomposing sea weed was unbearable. There was no clean beach to admire. The water was not clear and it had a reddish color. I don't think I will be a repeat customer.
