You are assigned a concierge who helps with booking tours, making reservation and any needs on the property. Our concierge Jose stayed in contact with us throughout our stay arranging tours for each of us and arranged for baggage assistance and breakfast for our early morning departure.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The service was exceptional and the staff could not have been more attentive throughout my time at the hotel (organising activities, in the restaurant and generally just checking in to make sure everything was okay). The rooms are not the most beautiful, but the grounds of the hotel and the reserve are stunning. The wildlife on site is incredible. There is a very handy shuttle bus that takes you to the national park and the beach which was very efficient and convenient.

Wonderful property! Food at the restaurant is exceptional. Staff are personal and attentive. Pools are refreshing. Monkeys, toucans, macaws, sloth are viewable from the property. Everything you need for an amazing vacation.
