Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

Everything was wonderful, as soon as we arrived we were received with smiles and overall top service. Everyone went out there way to give the best service. Great variety in food with different restaurants. Only thing we have to say is that whoever is in charge of entertainment and organizing events, please organize your plans, schedules so that everything flows better and you don’t leave people hanging. 3 nights events got canceled with no explanation, other than that everything was wonderful. Thank you all very much!!

We had a fantastic stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya! The food was genuinely better than average for an all-inclusive — lots of variety across the restaurants, everything was fresh and well-prepared, and we never felt like we were settling for "resort food." The property itself was immaculate; the grounds and rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond at every turn — friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed, which made the whole trip feel effortless. We also upgraded to the Elite Club, and it was absolutely worth it — the added perks and service level elevated the whole experience. Overall a beautiful resort with great food, a clean and well-run property, and staff that made us feel taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone considering the Riviera Maya!
