Pointe Isabelle

Great staff, super room with balcony and views. Great service at the bar as well. Parking is an issue so reserve your spot in advance with the hotel: you will need to call them from the gate down the road as cars are not allowed to come in City Centre.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms were clean. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Beautiful views of the town and mountains. Daily housekeeping was refreshing, since so many hotels forgo this now. The shower amenities is just a hair and body gel combo, so best to bring your own stuff. The breakfast buffet was ok, I only had it once, and I’d recommend they focus on local cuisine then attempting to cater to non-local diets. However, bar and bar cuisine was really good. Staff was really friendly and very helpful with navigating the ski mountains. I would return!

Everything was wonderful. Rating less than excellent because the shower was difficult to use with swinging door design and handheld not working properly. Also, no kettle or coffee in room. Bonus points for bucket of glacons!

Really friendly staff and perfect location
