We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Bahia Principe Grand Coba. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel welcome right from the start.
Coba is very family-oriented, with lots of activities, pools, and entertainment options—perfect for kids, who had an amazing time. The property is large and well-maintained, with shuttles making it easy to get around. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety to keep everyone happy.
The only downside is the location, about an hour and a half from Cancun, but once you’re there, the resort has everything you need. Overall, an excellent stay and great value for families.

The rooms were clean and the place is lovely wouldn’t recommend if you are black the staff aren’t going to be as attentive to your needs as other races. The entertainment there is also very hard to find so keep that in mind. Perfect place if you are not looking to get off the resort.
