Villa Arcadio Hotel & Resort

A week in paradise for our honeymoon. We searched for so many hotels to find the “perfect” place to relax, and we got very lucky with Villa Arcadio. There are only 18 rooms so it never feels too busy, especially by the pool where you’ll never struggle to find a lounger. Salo seemed like the perfect place to stay in Lake Garda, with Sirmione and Limone only 50 mins away, and Malcesine being 1 hour and a half with the enjoyable car ferry. A hire car is definitely the best way to get around the lake, and they have a free car park at the hotel. The staff are all very friendly, especially Luca who I enjoyed talking to. We both happened to be big Yungblud fans! The breakfast is magnificent, with a huge spread of sweet treats, porridge and pancakes, and fried, scrambled eggs or an omelette. There is always plentiful of fruit and yoghurts too, and coffee is included also! I’d highly recommend an affogato by the pool!

Beautiful place

Absolutely fantastic hotel, staff, setting. Booked this hotel for myself and my bestman the evening before my wedding and returned again on my wedding evening with my new wife. We all absolutely loved it. We were immediately greeted with flowers, prosecco and Grappa and with the not so bad news that because it was our wedding Hotel we had been upgraded into the Suite. Amazing!!!!!! Highly recommend and i will be returning next year.
