Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a verity of items. Rooms were clean and the beds gave a good night's sleep.

The hotel is beautiful,but the street parking is hard to find.

This hotel is a little dated but it's charm and the staff make up for it. Despite a language barrier at times, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The service was also slow but the food was edible and tasty. To me this was old Spain as it should be.

Lovely old Palace now a Hotel. Very clean, staff super friendly especially Alicia,and Juliette. Nice atmosphere, quiet and relaxing. Plentiful buffet breakfast. Bedrooms lovely and spacious. Parking on streets nearby, Tetuan Restaurant at the top of the road. Great location.
