Hotel Do Colégio

This is a really nice hotel in a great location with a wonderfully helpful and courteous staff. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable and has everything you need for a nice stay in Ponta Delgada. The whole place is well maintained and in terrific shape. The breakfast was nice and had a lot more variety than several other places I’ve stayed at in The Açores. Everything was really good. There’s also free parking nearby. It’s located on a very narrow street, so just take care when checking in and out. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return, and I really want to come back!

I loved everything my stay. From how clean, the exceptional female staff (Joana) to the restaurant food and their staff. I couldn’t have stayed at a better location but honestly Joana at the front desk made it worthwhile!

Great location, steps to everything and Avenida. Amazing service with friendly staff, very nice breakfast with variety of food. Swimming pool although I didn’t use it, it looked very clean and fresh towels for the pool. Clean room.

Hotel had unique charm. Room was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was included and nice selection of items. Parking is very limited and involves a lift to a small underground parking garage. Staff was very accommodating but we found easier to park on the street and pay the parking meter (few dollars), Great location to bars, restaurants, mall and botanical gardens all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.
