Hotel is in a great place , just off the main square where there are plenty of eating /drinking places. Hotel was quiet, plenty of room in the bathroom/bedroom, lovely comfortable bed and it was nice to have a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in to read etc. Didn’t use the restaurant/bar facilities. Staff went over and above with regards to service, reception/house keeping etc. I did not use the massage facilities but used the pool which was lovely, when I return to krakow I will most certainly book Hotel Stary again. Thank you hotel stary for a lovely stay

Great location for exploring the city! The spa/pool was an added bonus.

The hotel was beautiful, fabulous location right near the market square. The pool, steam room and sauna were a great way to relax at the end of a busy day, we really enjoyed that. The room was quite dark and lighting was not so great, found it a bit hard to see, but other than that we loved it and would definitely recommend this hotel.
