Easy to get around. Lots of parking. Staff friendly.
Building dated but clean and had an issue with knocking pipes when anyone flushed to loo!

Staff very welcoming and helpful - responded swiftly and accurately to everything asked, but the property is tired and requires extensive maintenance. Pool been shut for 2 years and Heath Spa now shut as well.
Breakfast was really quite good.
Location suited us as was a short walk to event we were attending nearby.
