Modern interiors in an old building. Large car park. Pay extra for a good breakfast and book it/pay as you arrive as it's cheaper than at the time of checking out.

Fantastic hotel. A 15 minute uber journey into the centre of Leeds.
Big rooms, coffee machine, decent shower.
Will happily stay again.
Nice little pub on the grounds too.
