Had a great stay! Beds were very comfy and room was great! Very quiet for sleeping. There was a Club room where you could sit and have tea or coffee for free and just relax..a great perk. Staff were very helpful and the location is perfect for most tourist things and the tube..would stay again!

The greatest location to stay in London. Be advised: There are stairs to get in to the lobby but no doorman or bellboy to help with bags.

We spent 3 nights here during our recent visit to London. The location is perfect - one block from the Thames and easy walking distance to all of the historical attractions. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is old and a little tired but the location makes it great choice!
